In April of 2006 my husband was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. We were told he would be in a wheelchair within 3-5 years and deceased shortly there after. Together we put together a very diverse team of medical providers. As we weaved our way through their expertise, listened to and implemented what made sense to us, We began to rebuild his health and our lives. Today he is in the best health and shape of his life. We are more grateful and happier than ever!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
Degrees and Certifications
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
Hypnotherapy health and wellness coaching provides the support and guidance to help clients improve their careers, relationships, physical activity, and lives through recognizing and developing your innate skills and life dreams. Together we define and refocus your health, wellness and life goals while moving past challenges that currently block you from achieving them.
As your coach, I will help you find the motivation and tools to get to your physical and emotional health and wellness goals. These may include weight loss, cleaner eating, reducing stress, or anything that is preventing you from living in alignment of your life and health goals.
What makes me different from a dietitian or nutritionist is I break foods up into two categories: primary and secondary foods.
Whenever there is an imbalance in one food, there is always an imbalance in another food. By you and I working together on your secondary food, we will also see what’s working and not working in your primary food.
Together we will discover your blocks and I will provide you customized lifestyle tips that will allow you to address your situations differently.
